The Merchant App has a new update. Here is what your team can do now. Each section links to the full step by step guide in the Merchant App manual.

Log waste, right from the app

Keep an accurate record of everything your store throws away.

  • Start a waste logging and pick from your store's approved waste reasons.

  • Add any stock items to the logging with their quantities.

  • Browse and search past waste loggings, and open any of them to see everything that was logged.

  • Logged something by mistake? A manager can approve cancelling it, and the stock goes back.

Print production stickers for manufacturing orders

When a manufacturing order is completed, print a production sticker for the batch. The sticker carries the manufacturing order number and the expiry, so anything you produce is labelled the moment it is made.

Recipes also show their yield in the recipe's own unit (litres, kilograms, pieces), and if an order cannot be submitted because ingredients are short, the app names exactly which ingredients to top up.

Print or share any stock document as a PDF

Purchase requests and stock requests can now be opened as a proper printable document, without leaving the app.

  • Tap the three dots on a request and choose Preview PDF. The full document opens on screen, so you can read exactly what the other side will receive.

  • The document carries your store's ship to address, a clear table of every item and quantity, and signature lines for Approved by, Canceled by, and Issued by.

  • Download it to keep a copy, or share it straight to a vendor, a head office mailbox, or a chat group.

This means a paper trail no longer depends on the back office: the person who raised the document can produce and send it themselves.

Find items inside stock documents instantly

Working through a long purchase order, transfer, or adjustment is much faster:

  • Search and filter items inline, inside the document, including a "quantity only" filter to see just the lines you have touched. Also available in stock requests and purchase requests.

  • Items are sorted consistently: stock counts by name, other documents by SKU.

  • If you save a document with zero or blank quantities, the app warns you and can leave those lines out for you.

Stock documents fill themselves in

  • New lines start in the item's default purchase unit, with the conversion spelled out (1 box = 20 ea).

  • The net price comes pre-filled with the item's default purchase price.

  • The conversion updates as you type, so 2 boxes reads 2 box = 10 kg.

Promotions, easier to find and apply

  • Promotions are grouped by category, so staff can jump straight to the right section.

  • Use the search icon at the top right to find a promotion by name across every category.

  • Long promotion lists load more as you scroll, and pull down to refresh.

  • The list shows exactly the promotions that are active and applicable right now.

A cleaner close to the day

The Close Out Day report now waits until every order is settled and every shift is closed, so the numbers you print are final. Reports from previous days can be printed any time.

Smoother ordering

  • New orders start on the order type your store actually uses most, such as Self-Pickup.

  • Typed order numbers are used exactly as entered.

  • The Home screen shows your store, shift, and daily actions the moment it opens.

Printing you can rely on

  • Receipts and full tax invoices start printing faster after payment.

  • Thai text on receipts prints larger and easier to read.

  • Kitchen tickets keep modifiers in your menu's display order.

  • Station printers reconnect on their own if the Wi-Fi drops for a moment.

Looking for something else? The full Merchant App manual covers every screen, from taking an order to closing out the day.
