Some customers need a full tax invoice rather than a normal receipt, usually so they can claim the purchase against a business. You can issue one straight after taking payment, or later from the order itself.

1. Start the invoice

There are two ways in, and both lead to the same screen.

  • Straight after payment: on the Payment successful screen, tap Full tax invoice.

  • Later: open the order from Order History and choose the full tax invoice from the order details.

If a customer asks for an invoice after they have already left the counter, you do not need to redo the sale. Find the order in Order History and start from there.

2. Look for a saved buyer

The screen opens on Search by Tax ID or phone number. Before anything is typed it reads Find saved invoice profiles. Enter a full phone number or Tax ID to find buyer details. If this customer has been invoiced before, their details are already saved and you can reuse them.

  1. Type the customer's full phone number or Tax ID into the search box.

  2. Tap their profile when it appears. Their details fill in automatically.

  3. If nothing is found, tap Add new invoice profile and continue below.

Search needs the complete phone number or Tax ID. A partial number will not match, so a regular customer can look like a new one if you only type the first few digits.

3. Add a company buyer

Keep the Company tab selected and fill in the details. Fields marked with a red star are required.

  • Tax ID: the company's 13 digit Tax ID.

  • Name: the registered company name.

  • Code: generated for you.

  • Address: the billing address.

  • Branch: head office or the branch code, if the company uses them. This one is optional.

4. Add an individual buyer

Tap the Individual tab to invoice a person rather than a company.

You will be asked for their Tax ID, first and last name, street address, district, province, postal code, and email.

5. Print the invoice

Tap Print full tax invoice.

If anything required is missing, the form marks those fields in red and tells you what to fix.

Complete the marked fields and tap Print full tax invoice again.

Printing starts noticeably faster than it used to, because the app gets the receipt details ready while payment is being taken. Thai text also prints at a larger size, so the buyer's name and address are easier to read on the printed copy.

If you go back before printing, the app asks Discard changes?. Tap Keep editing to carry on, or Discard changes to leave without saving.
