Promotions

A separate name for what customers see

Rewards and promotions now have a Display name — the customer-facing name, kept separate from your internal name and translatable per language, so you can name things clearly for shoppers without changing how you refer to them internally.

Promotions & Rewards — an internal Name plus a customer-facing Display name.

Choose which items get discounted — and cap it

Per-line-item discounts gain much finer control:

  • Target specific items — apply the discount to the highest or lowest by unit price, net price, line total, or quantity.

  • Cap the discount — percentage calculators now take an optional Discount limit that caps the maximum amount taken off.

Promotion action — pick the items to discount and set a discount limit.

Limit how many groups get the discount

The grouped-quantity discount (“buy N, get each of the N discounted”) gains a Group limit — cap how many groups are discounted per order, so a “buy 3” deal can apply to at most a set number of groups.

Grouped-quantity discount — set a group size and a group limit.

Attach photos to waste entries

Waste entries now support image attachments, so you can document spoilage or damage with a photo right on the entry.
