Stock Activity is the single place for every stock task you can do from the handheld. Everything below opens from here.

1. Open Stock Activity

Tap the Stock Activity tile on the Home screen, or go to More and tap Stock Activity under Operations. A panel slides up from the bottom.

2. Choose an activity

The panel is grouped into three sections.

Purchasing	Purchase Orders	Order goods from a vendor and receive them in.
Purchasing	Purchase Requests	Ask for goods to be ordered, for approval before a purchase order is raised.
Stock control	Stock Transfers	Move stock from your location to another.
Stock control	Stock Adjustments	Correct a quantity, for example after breakage or waste.
Stock control	Stock Counts	Count what is physically on the shelf and reconcile it.
Stock control	Stock Requests	Ask another location to send you stock.
Stock control	Waste Logging (new)	Record what was thrown away and why, choosing from your store's waste reasons and adding a note.
Manufacturing	Manufacturing Orders	Make something in house from a recipe.

Waste Logging is new. It sits under Stock control alongside Stock Adjustments, and gives waste its own record rather than folding it into a general correction. You pick the reason from the list your store has approved, and you can add a note in your own words.

3. What every activity looks like

All eight work the same way, so once you know one you know them all.

A row of filter chips at the top, usually a date and one other filter. The date starts on the last 14 days.
Status tabs underneath, such as Draft, Pending, and Cancelled. Each tab is a separate list.
The list itself, or a message telling you it is empty.
A blue action button across the bottom to start a new one.

Each list opens straight away and fills in as the records arrive, so you can start reading the screen without waiting on it.

If you are looking for something older than a fortnight and cannot see it, widen the date chip before you assume it is missing. Every list starts on the last 14 days.

Stock work is tied to your stock location. If the app says no stock location is assigned to your profile, ask your administrator to set one before you continue.
