The Merchant App has a new update, 1.21. Each section links to the full step-by-step guide in the Merchant App manual.

See every promotion on the order

Checkout now lists each applied promotion by name with its discount, so staff can check exactly what the customer is getting.

Applied promotions appear under Promotions on Checkout, and Total Discounts shows the combined amount.
Swipe a promotion's row to the left to remove it.
The promotion list loads in full as soon as it opens, so nothing is missing until you scroll. End of list shows at the bottom.
An item you swiped off Checkout stays off when a promotion is applied afterwards.

A tablet layout for orders and shifts

On a tablet, the app now uses the extra space instead of stretching the phone screens.

Home, Quick Order, the Orders board, Order Detail, Order History, and the shift and cash drawer screens have a tablet layout.
Amount and passcode entry, and confirmation screens, use the tablet layout too.
Payment, invoice profiles, purchase orders and manufacturing keep the phone layout for now.

Closing the cash drawer now shows the right Expected Cash, so staff are not asked to explain a shortage that is not there.

Cash-Out and Reimbursement entries are taken off the expected cash instead of added to it.
A voided cash sale is no longer counted in Cash Sales or Expected Cash.
A cash refund needs an open cash drawer, so the refund is always recorded against one.
The drawer screens show the register name, and use the labels Total Due, Amount Received and Counted Cash.

Printing the receipt no longer sends staff back to Quick Order, so they can still print a full tax invoice for the same order.

After Print, the app stays on Payment successful.
A full tax invoice started from Payment successful returns there when it is done.
When an order's tax invoice was canceled and a new one issued, Reprint prints the issued invoice.

Pick Payment method, the manager approval list and the stock template pickers open on the list saved on the device, then update in the background.
After a price change in Okya web, pull down on Quick Order: the menu, the items already on Checkout and the totals all show the new price.
Product photos look sharper.

Stock requests and stock transfers no longer show how much stock the other location has.
Save draft on a purchase request, purchase order or transfer where every line is blank shows Cannot save draft instead of saving an empty document.
When you edit a waste logging, the reason can no longer be changed.
Manufacturing shows product names in Thai.
Stock documents created between midnight and 07:00 show the right date in the list and on the document.
The Waste Logging list shows item images.

Order History updates an order's status right after it is recalled or voided.
The order number entered in Add order information is saved when you tap Apply.
Table-service orders from the POS can be viewed in the Merchant App but not changed there. The app shows Unsupported feature! if you try.
