The Orders tab is the live queue for your store. It shows every order that is still in progress, grouped by what stage it has reached.

The Orders tab only appears when Order Manager is switched on for this device. See Order Manager Settings.

1. Read the queue

Tap Orders in the bottom bar.

  • The tabs across the middle are the stages: Scheduled, Pending, Accepted, In preparation, Ready for pickup, Delivering, and Completed. A red number on a tab is how many orders are waiting there.

  • The chips at the top filter the queue by date, channel, order type, and state.

  • Use the magnifying glass to find one order, and the clock icon to see order history.

2. Read an order card

Tap a stage tab to see the orders waiting there.

  • The card shows the order number, the time it came in, a countdown, and a summary line with the item count, order type, and payment method.

  • An orange Attention badge means the order needs someone to look at it.

  • The green button on the card moves the order to the next stage without opening it.

3. Open an order

Tap the card to see everything about the order.

  • The coloured banner at the top is the current stage.

  • Every line item is listed with its modifiers and any surcharge, followed by the totals and the payment type.

  • Status History is a timestamped trail of each stage the order has passed through. Stages not yet reached are greyed out.

  • Reprint in the top right prints the order again.

4. Move the order forward

The blue button at the bottom right always moves the order to the next stage. Its label changes as you go.

  1. Tap Start when the kitchen begins the order. It moves to In Preparation.

  2. Tap Ready when the order is made. It moves to Ready for pickup.

  3. Tap Complete when the customer has taken it. It moves to Completed.

Each move is stamped into Status History, so you can always see when the order reached each stage.

5. Recall or void an order

  • Recall moves the order back one stage. Use it when an order was moved forward by mistake.

  • Void cancels the order. You will be asked for a reason, and for a refund decision if the order was already paid.

Note: Once an order is Completed, Recall is no longer offered and Void is the only action left.
