Order History is the record of orders your store has already finished. Use it to check what was sold, look up a past sale, reprint a receipt, issue a full tax invoice, or answer a customer's question about an earlier order.
1. Open Order History
Tap the Order History tile on the Home screen.
2. Read the summary
The three cards at the top count the orders in whatever period you have filtered to.
Total orders is everything in the period.
Completed is how many were fulfilled.
Canceled is how many were called off.
3. Narrow the list
Use the chips along the top to filter.
Today sets the date range.
All Statuses limits to one outcome, such as Completed.
All Channels limits to where the order came from.
All Shifts limits to one shift, which is useful when handing over.
Tap the magnifying glass in the header to search for one order by its number.
4. Open an order
Each row shows the order number, its outcome, the item count, the order type, and the total.
Tap a row to see the full order, including line items, modifiers, and the status history.
Use Reprint on the order to print the receipt again.
5. Issue a full tax invoice after the sale
If a customer asks for a full tax invoice after they have already paid and walked away, you no longer have to catch it at the till.
Find the completed order in the list and tap it.
From the order details, choose to print a full tax invoice.
Enter or look up the buyer's details, then print. See Full Tax Invoice.
There are two ways to raise a full tax invoice: straight after payment on the payment success screen, or later from the order in Order History. Both produce the same document.
6. Print or refresh the list
The header also has a refresh icon to pull in the latest orders, and a printer icon to print a summary of the list you are looking at.
When the list ends you will see End of order history for the period you filtered to.
