Loyalty in Okya web lets your members collect points when they buy, reach tiers such as Silver and Gold, and swap points for rewards. You set most of it up once. After that Okya gives points automatically, and your team mainly looks up members and corrects points when needed.
1. Find the Loyalty screens
The Loyalty screens are in the Okya web sidebar.
Rewards › Rewards: what members swap points for. See Rewards.
Rewards › Redeemed Rewards: the rewards members have redeemed. See Redeemed Rewards.
Incentives: the rules that give points automatically. See Incentives.
Tiers: member levels such as Member, Silver and Gold. See Tiers.
Points Transfers: the full points history, and where you add or remove points by hand. See Points Transfers.
Customers › Customers and Customers › Segments: your members, and groups of members. See Customers and Segments.
Settings › Currencies and Settings › Event Metrics: the points themselves, and the totals that tiers read. See Currencies and Event Metrics.
2. Set it up in this order
Currencies: create your points and choose when they expire.
Event Metrics: check the total that counts the points each member has earned.
Tiers: create your member levels.
Rewards: create what members can swap points for.
Incentives: create the rules that give points, such as 1 point per 25 THB.
After that, your team works in Customers and Points Transfers day to day.
3. How points build up for one member
This is the points history of one test member, Ploy, set up with the example programme below.
Ploy's customer profile is created. The welcome bonus gives her 50 points.
She completes an order of 348 THB. At 1 point per 25 THB she gets 13 points: 348 ÷ 25 = 13.9, and the part point is dropped.
Staff add 120 points by hand, with the note "Balance moved from the old membership card".
She completes an order of 149 THB and gets 5 points.
Her balance is now 188 points.
Note: Step 3 changes her balance but does not count toward her tier. Only points given by an incentive count toward tiers. See Event Metrics.
4. An example programme
The Loyalty guides use this example. Change the numbers to suit your business.

5. Good to know
The customer page does not show a member's tier. Check the Customers column in Tiers instead.
The member counts in Tiers and Segments do not change the moment a member qualifies.
A reward has no setting for how long its code stays valid after the member redeems it.
