Manufacturing Orders

Record production of items made from ingredients and track planned against actual output.

Stock > Manufacturing Orders: record production of items you make in house, for example sauces or prepped ingredients. Each order tracks the planned quantity against the actual quantity produced.

Create a manufacturing order

Click New Manufacturing Order and fill in:

  • Stock Location: where production happens.

  • Product: the product variant being produced.

  • Planned Quantity: how much you intend to make.

  • Notes: optional.

  • Ingredients: the items used, each with planned quantity, actual quantity, cost, and optional notes.
