Stock > Stock Counts: count what is physically at a location and compare it with the system quantity.
Statuses
A count moves through Draft, Started, Counted, and Completed (or Canceled). The list shows who started and completed each count.
Create a stock count
Click New Stock Count and fill in:
Stock location: where you are counting.
Prefill option: Empty (add items manually), Pre-filled in-stock (all of the location's in-stock items), or Pre-filled (all items).
Notes: optional.
Differences found by a completed count are corrected with a stock adjustment that references the count number.
