Stock > Stock Transfers: move stock from one location to another, for example from a warehouse to a store.
Statuses
Draft: being prepared.
Pending: created, not yet shipped.
Shipped: on its way.
Partially Received and Received: the destination confirmed part, or all, of the items.
Canceled: called off.
Create a stock transfer
Click New Stock Transfer and fill in:
Source location and Destination location.
Document date, Expected delivery date, and Notes: optional.
Stock transfer items: each row shows what is available at the origin; enter the Quantity Requested and the Receiving Unit of Measure.
Ship the transfer from the source, then the destination confirms what arrived.
