Stock > Stock Items shows the current quantity of every product variant at every stock location.
Reading the list
Available is what you can still use or sell. Committed is already reserved.
Stock Level flags each row: In Stock, Low Stock, Out Of Stock, or Overstock.
Batch Number and Expires At appear for batch-tracked items.
Use the tabs (In Stock, Out Of Stock, Low Stock, Overstock, Expired, Not Expired) or the search box to narrow the list.
Add a stock item
Click New Stock Item and fill in:
Stock Location and Product Variant: what is stocked, and where.
Min PAR and Max PAR: the thresholds behind the Low Stock and Overstock flags.
Batch Number and Expires At: optional, for batch and expiry tracking.
