1. Accessing Settings
From the main POS screen, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.
Tap Settings in the navigation menu.
The Settings screen opens with several tabs along the top: General, Printer, EDC, Preparation Stations, and Order Manager.
2. General Tab
Language
Tap the General tab.
Find the Default Language section.
Tap the dropdown to see the available languages (for example, English or ไทย).
Select your preferred language. The app will update immediately.
3. Printer Tab
Use the Printer tab to connect a receipt printer and verify it is working.
Selecting a Default Printer
Tap the Printer tab.
Under Default Printer, tap the Select printer dropdown.
Choose the printer you want to use for receipts.
Viewing Available Printers
The Available Printers section lists all printers the device can detect, along with their current status (Connected or Disconnected).
If no printers appear, tap Refresh printer list to scan again.
Connecting a Printer
Find the printer you want in the Available Printers list.
Tap Connect to printer next to that printer.
When the connection succeeds, the status badge changes to Connected.
Testing the Printer
Once a printer shows Connected, tap Test Print next to it.
A test receipt will print. Confirm the printout looks correct.
Disconnecting a Printer
Next to a connected printer, tap Disconnect.
The status badge changes to Disconnected.
4. EDC Tab
The EDC tab lets you connect or disconnect the card payment terminal (EDC device) used for card transactions.
Connecting an EDC Device
Tap the EDC tab.
Under EDC Settings, the screen lists all detected EDC devices.
Tap the device you want to connect. A radio button fills in and a Connected badge appears.
Refreshing the Device List
If your device does not appear, tap Refresh EDC List at the top of the section.
The system scans for available EDC devices and updates the list.
Disconnecting an EDC Device
Tap the currently connected device (the one showing the Connected badge).
The device disconnects and the radio button clears.
Note: If no devices are found, the screen displays "No EDC devices found." Make sure the EDC terminal is powered on and properly connected to the POS device, then tap Refresh EDC List.
5. Preparation Stations Tab
The Preparation Stations tab shows your kitchen and prep stations and lets you assign a printer to each one so that order tickets print at the correct station.
Viewing Stations
Tap the Preparation Stations tab.
The Preparation Stations List shows all stations configured for your store.
If no stations appear, the screen displays "No stations created. Create stations in the admin panel." Contact your manager to set up stations through the back office.
Assigning a Printer to a Station
Find the station you want to configure.
Tap the Select printer dropdown on the right side of that station's row.
Choose the printer that is located at or near that station.
The assignment saves automatically. Order tickets for that station will now print on the selected printer.
6. Order Manager Tab
The Order Manager tab controls how orders are handled, printed, and alerted on this device.
Recommendation: Only enable Order Manager on one POS device per store to prevent multiple staff from managing the same orders.
Enabling Order Manager
Tap the Order Manager tab.
Toggle Enable Order Manager on or off.
When off, the Order Management tile is hidden from the dashboard and the device saves battery by not polling for orders.
All other settings on this tab require Order Manager to be enabled. If it is off, you will see the message: "Enable Order Manager to adjust these settings."
Order Handling
Setting | Description |
Auto-fire to Kitchen | When enabled, accepted orders are automatically sent to kitchen printers without needing to tap Start. |
Kitchen Ticket Printing | When enabled, kitchen tickets are printed when orders are sent to preparation stations. |
Notifications
Setting | Description |
Sound Alerts | Play a sound when new orders arrive or an order's status changes. |
Sound Selection | Choose which alert sound to use (only available when Sound Alerts is enabled). |
Alert on Status | Select which order statuses trigger alerts (for example, Pending and Ready for pickup). When orders accumulate in a selected status, a notification banner appears on screen. |
Tips
If the receipt printer stops working during a shift, come back to Settings > Printer to reconnect or test it.
Always verify the EDC connection before opening a shift so card payments work from the start.
Station printer assignments only need to be set once. They are remembered across shifts unless you change them.
