Tiers

Create member levels such as Member, Silver and Gold, based on the points members have earned.

Tiers are your member levels. Each tier has a minimum number of points earned, for example 200 for Silver.

1. Create a tier

  1. Go to Tiers and click New Tier.

  2. Fill in Name and Description, for example "Reached at 200 points earned".

  3. Switch Enabled on.

  4. Set Event metric to Customer POINTS Granted Points. See Event Metrics.

  5. Set Time window. The example uses Lifetime. The other options are Calendar day, Calendar month and Calendar year.

  6. Enter the Minimum value: the points needed, for example 200 for Silver.

  7. Add Images if you want.

  8. Click Save.

2. Add the other tiers

Repeat for each tier. In the example, Member starts at 0, Silver at 200 and Gold at 600 points earned.

Note: The list is sorted by name, not by points.

3. See who is in a tier

The Customers column shows how many members are in each tier. Click the number to see them. The customer page does not show a member's tier, so this is the place to check it.

Note: The count does not change the moment a member reaches the minimum value.
