A currency is what your members collect, such as Points. The currency list also holds money currencies such as THB.

1. Open Currencies

  1. Go to Settings › Currencies.

  2. Click your points currency to open it, or click New Currency to create one.

2. Fill in the currency

  • Name and Symbol: for example Points and PTS.

  • Code: the short ID, for example POINTS. You pick the currency by this code in rewards and incentives.

  • Base Factor: 1 for points. The THB currency uses 100.

  • Type: Points. Money currencies use Fiat.

3. Choose when points expire

Set Expiration mode to After x months and Expiration value to 12. Points then expire on the last day of the month, 12 months after they were given. For example, points given on September 23, 2026 show Expires at September 30, 2027 11:59pm.

The other modes are After x days, After x years, End of month, End of year, Fixed date and All time active.

4. Save

Click Save. The example leaves Allow negative balance off.

Note: Every points entry shows its own expiry date in the Expires at column of Points Transfers.

Note: Points added by hand get the same expiry date. Points removed by hand have no expiry date.
