There's a lot more you can do in this release, especially across your loyalty program and promotions, with handy improvements to inventory, store operations, and payments too.

Loyalty and promotions

Create promotions, rewards, and points with far more flexibility and control.

  • Target promotions precisely. Run a promotion only on certain dates, sales channels, customer groups or store types, or only when a minimum quantity is bought. Each rule can include or exclude, and you can schedule promotions to start and stop in each store's local time.

  • Use simpler rewards. Pick from a cleaner, clearer set of reward types, and connect a promo code directly to a promotion so a single code carries all of that promotion's rules.

  • Set up points like a promotion. Decide how customers earn points using the same simple builder as your promotions.

  • Reward real behaviour. Give points based on what a customer does over time, not just a single order.

  • Run more than one type of points. Offer several kinds of points, each with its own balance per customer, and give points an expiry date.

  • Group customers your way. Segment customers by birth year, birth month, exact birthday, account details, or their points balance.

  • Draft before you go live. Keep promotions, rewards, and earning rules as drafts until you publish them, so customers only ever see what's ready.

Inventory and production

  • Link recipes to your products, set how much each recipe makes, and see each ingredient's unit of measure.

  • Move production orders through produced, completed, or cancelled, with stock updating automatically at each step.

  • See ingredient costs and your running stock value as you produce.

  • Raise purchase requests and turn them into purchase orders to restock.

  • See the value of the items you're moving in a stock transfer.

Store operations

  • Build checklists from questions your staff complete during their shift, with clear instructions and a reference photo for each task.

  • Log issues raised against a checklist so nothing slips through.

Customers

  • Keep track of what each customer has agreed to.

  • Edit customer tags quickly, right where you manage your customers.

Payments

  • Connect more payment providers.

  • Keep your saved payment settings more secure.

Good to know

  • A few older reward types have been retired to keep things simple, and "discount code" rewards are now called "promotion codes".

Fixes

  • GrabFood order dates now follow each store's local time, so days no longer cut off early.

  • Store opening and closing checks use each store's local time.

  • Customer search now returns exact matches.

  • The single-file image uploader works correctly again.
