1. Introduction
You will learn how to manage store selections and update product details effectively.
2. Access Stores Section
Click "Stores" to open the stores management section in Okya.
3. Navigate To Stores List
Click "Stores" once more to access the full list of available stores.
4. Select Desired Store
Click specific stores for desired configuration, in this case "Southkey Mall Level 3".
5. Open Products Tab
Click "Products" to view and manage the product listings for the selected store.
6. Choose Desired Product
Choose desired product, in this case "Mozzarella Sticks".
7. Enable Product Availability
Toggle Enabled and Visible to ON to enable the product.
8. Disable Product Visibility
Toggle Enabled and Visible to OFF to disable the product.
9. Enable Product Variant Availability
If your product has variants (sizes, flavors, etc.), enabling the product at a store is not enough on its own. You must also enable each variant individually for that store.
Scroll down to the Variants section of the store's product page. For every variant you want to sell at this location, toggle Enabled and Visible to ON.
Variants left disabled will not appear on any connected ordering channel for that store, even if the parent product is enabled.
10. Toggle Off to Disable Product Variant
If you need to stop selling a specific variant at a store — for example, a size that's out of stock or a flavor being phased out you can disable it without affecting the parent product or other variants.
Scroll down to the Variants section, locate the variant you want to disable and toggle Enabled to OFF. The variant will immediately be removed from all connected ordering channels for that store, while remaining active at any other store where it is enabled.
11. Save Product Settings
Click "Save" to apply all changes made to the product configuration.
You've learned to Enable and Disable products and product variants for specific products at specific stores. Repeat these steps for any other store where you want to control how this product appears and sells.
