2. Access Products Section
Click "Products" to open the product management area in Okya.
3. Open Option Types
Click "Option Types" to view and manage available option categories.
4. Create New Option Type
Click "New Option Type" to start defining a new product option category.
5. Select Name Field
Click "Name" to specify the label for the new option type.
6. Confirm Option Type Name
Fill the "Desired Cook on Crust" field to confirm the option type's name.
7. Add Option Value
Click "+ Add" to create a new value for the option type.
8. Select Value Name Field
Click "Name" to specify the label for the new option value.
9. Enter Option Value
Enter "Light Cook" as the first cooking preference value.
10. Confirm Option Value
Fill the "Light Cook" field to confirm the option value.
11. Add Another Option Value
Click "+ Add" to add an additional cooking preference value.
12. Confirm Option Value
Fill the "Well Done" field to confirm the option value.
13. Save Option Type
Click "Save" to store the new option type and its values.
14. Return to Products
Click "Products" to go back to the main product list.
15. Select Product
Click "Four Brothers (Cheese Pizza)" to edit this specific product.
16. Tick box to Assign Desired Option Field
Click "Desired Cook on Crust" to assign the option type to the product.
17. Save Product Changes
Click "Save" to apply the option type to the product.
18. Reopen Product
Click "Four Brothers (Cheese Pizza)" again to continue editing.
19. Open Variants Tab
Click "Variants" to manage product variants.
20. Access Variants Section
Click "Variants" again to view existing variants or add new ones.
21. Create New Variant
Click "New Product Variant" to add a new variant for the product.
22. Confirm SKU Name
Fill "Well Done" again to confirm the SKU name.
23. Select Price Field
Click "Price" to set the price for this variant.
24. Confirm Variant Quantity
Fill "1" again to confirm the quantity setting.
25. Set desired display order for Option
Fill the field with the option value identifier to associate it with the variant.
26. Tick box to Assign Desired Option Field
Click "Desired Cook on Crust" to assign the option type to the product.
27. Save Variant
Click "Save" to store the new product variant.
You have successfully configured product options and created variants in Okya. This setup enables customized product selections and streamlined inventory management for your offerings.
