2. Click "Promotions"
Access the promotions section.
3. Click "New Promotion"
Initiate the creation of a new promotion.
4. Input the Name of the promotion you want to create.

Fill in the text box with the description of the promotion.
6. Input "Usage Limit"
Set desired "Usage Limit", this determines the number of times a customer can redeem the promotion.
*Important: Setting the usage limit to 0 means there are no restrictions on how many times a customer can redeem the promotion. This allows for unlimited use, making it ideal for continuous offers or recurring discounts. If you set a number specific number (ex: 5), the customer can redeem the code 5 times.
7. Set Promotion Dates
Set the start date and end date to set the length of the promotion.
*Important: An open expiration date means the promotion will remain active indefinitely until you manually stop it. This allows for ongoing discounts, rewards, or incentives without setting a fixed end date, giving you full control over when the promotion ends.
8. Click "Save"
Save the changes made.
9. Click newly created Promotion
Find and click the Promotion you created to set specific Promotion Details, Rules, and Actions
10. Click "Promotion Rules" tab
Access the "Promotion Rules" tab to set the promotion rules.
11. Click "New Promotion Rule" to create a new rule.

12. Input Basic Info for the "New Promotion Rule"
Fill out the Basic Info for the new "Promotion Rule" you want to create. In this example, we are creating a $5 discount for all Product Variants named "Detroit Red (Pepperoni Pizza) - Large".
13. Click "Save"

14. Click "Promotion Actions" tab
Access the promotion actions section.
15. Click "New Promotion Action"
Create a new promotion action.
16. Select "Type" of Promotion
Choose the type of action for the promotion. In this case "Order Adjustment" is appropriate because we want to reduce the price by $5.
17. Click "Save"
Save the changes made.
18. Input the type of discount in the Calculator Info section
Choose the type of discount in the Calculator Info section. In this example, "Flat Rate" and "5" is appropriate because we are reducing all "Detroit Red (Pepperoni Pizza) - Large" by $5.
